About Charles D. Vollmer, “Chuck”
Chuck Vollmer is the founder of Jobenomics, Jobenomics Foundation, and Divine Analogies. Jobenomics is an international grassroots movement with Chapters on four continents, focused on creating startup businesses in under-resourced communities. Jobenomics Foundation is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization dedicated to raising seed capital for turnkey startups across multiple sectors, including the digital economy, affordable housing, regenerative agriculture, and experiential tourism. Divine Analogies consists of seven books reflecting Chuck’s fifty-year walk with Christ.
Mr. Vollmer founded VII Inc., a strategic planning, systems engineering, and investment capital firm serving government agencies, Fortune 50 corporations, entrepreneurs, and international initiatives. He authored and led national-level strategic programs, including the U.S. Air Force’s Global Information Operations initiatives, the National Guard’s VANGUARD campaign, and Rapid Dominance concepts.
A recognized strategist and coalition builder, Mr. Vollmer worked with U.S. Central Command from 1999 to 2007, helping Arab leaders develop anti-terrorism partnerships. During that period, he led twelve Middle East symposia involving military and government officials from the Arab Gulf, Europe, and the United States, and authored hundreds of coalition-building papers and strategic documents.
Mr. Vollmer was a partner at Booz Allen Hamilton, where he led one of the four U.S. consortia responsible for privatizing more than 70% of the former Soviet Union’s state-owned industries—the largest privatization effort in history. He co-founded a nationwide Community Learning Information Network and helped establish the National Automotive Center in Michigan. At General Dynamics, he founded the Defense Initiatives Organization in Washington, D.C., launching advanced technology ventures ranging from the Strategic Defense Initiative to Unmanned Vehicle programs. Earlier, at McDonnell Douglas, he was on the initial development teams for the F-15E Strike Eagle and YF-23 Stealth aircraft.
Mr. Vollmer served in the U.S. Air Force and later in the Air National Guard. He flew 175 combat missions in Southeast Asia and received six Distinguished Flying Crosses and eleven Air Medals. He earned a BS from the United States Air Force Academy, an MA from Northern Arizona University, and completed executive studies at the MIT Sloan School of Management. He remains happily married to his high school sweetheart, Trish Eagan of Lewisburg, Pennsylvania.
